Shipping & Delivery Policy

ecofynd ensures quality products and packaging and on-time delivery to its customers. Products are shipped throughout the week except for Sundays and public holidays. We are partnered with national courier agencies to make certain that the products are received by our customers within the given period and in good condition. You can avail free shipping on orders above Rs.999. While on every cash on delivery orders, extra charges of Rs.60 are applicable.

Our aim is to provide a warm selling experience to every visitor who purchases from our website and to develop a unique bond between ecofynd and you.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

Delivery charges are calculated on the complete cart value. For cart value less than Rs 499, Rs 79 will be charged as the shipping charges. All cart value above Rs 499 has free shipping.

Costs of products displayed on the website are all inclusive of taxes.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days or as per the delivery date mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Most of the orders are delivered to your address within 7-8 working days from the date when the order is placed. For remote locations, orders will be delivered by India Post within 8-10 working days. Delivery will be duly done as per your specified time and date.

However, few products could be substantial and require a minimum of 10 – 15 days’ time limit for the delivery. If such be the case, we will notify you at the earliest. Our only aim is to create a great sho[[ing experience for you and fulfill your requirement at the shortest period.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we have an easy-to-use tracking system for our customers who can track the order by logging into the My Account section of our website. Once the order is shipped to your destination, we send you a tracking ID that you can use to check your shipment status from our website.

Do you cater to Bulk orders?

Yes, we usually process bulk or wholesale orders. We are already in collaborations with various partner pan India catering the needs of major corporate houses, Builders, Landscape Architects, Interior designers, and many individual Customers.

Can we cancel the order once it has been placed?

The order can be canceled only if it is not shipped from order side. You may cancel the order which has not been shipped by us. The shipping details are updated by the end of the day.


Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you on your email ID or call on your provided contact number if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

It happens that the products that you order sometimes remain out of stock and in very rare cases they are wrongly priced, and hence, we need to cancel the order. If such is the case with the products that you have ordered, we may cancel the order on the same or the next day and will inform you the same. We also make sure we refund all the money that you have paid for.
