Return Policy
Before the items leave from our warehouse, our expert staff inspects them very carefully. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase then simply follow the instructions mentioned below for returning the products:
Once the product reaches your doorstep, you get seven exact days to return the item back to us (within seven days of receiving the product)
We will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping
Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address

Our shipments are carefully inspected before the items leave our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:

Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within seven days of receiving the goods
ecofynd.com will replace the items or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item
If you would like to exchange an item, ecofynd.com will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges will not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item

Return/Exchange of the items will be accepted only if the product is in its original packaging, unused, with all original tags intact. Please make sure that the product is properly packed, to avoid any damage with a copy of the invoice, before placing it for return.
