Shipping Policy

Ecofynd ensures quality products and packaging and on-time delivery to its customers. Products are shipped throughout the week except for Sundays and public holidays. We are partnered with national courier agencies to make certain that the products are received by our customers within the given period and in good condition. You can avail free shipping on orders above Rs. 499. 

Our aim is to provide a warm selling experience to every visitor who purchases from our website and to develop a unique bond between ecofynd and you.

Note:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you on your email ID or call on your provided contact number if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

It happens that the products that you order sometimes remain out of stock and in very rare cases they are wrongly priced, and hence, we need to cancel the order. If such is the case with the products that you have ordered, we may cancel the order on the same or the next day and will inform you the same. We also make sure we refund all the money that you have paid for.

 

Return Policy

Before the items leave from our warehouse, our expert staff inspects them very carefully. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase then simply follow the instructions mentioned below for returning the products:

  • Once the product reaches your doorstep, you get seven exact days to return the item back to us (within seven days of receiving the product)
  • We will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address

Exchange Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before the items leave our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:

  • To request an exchange, please write to us at ecofynd@gmail.com.
  • Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within seven days of receiving the goods
  • ecofynd.com will replace the items or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item
  • If you would like to exchange an item, ecofynd.com will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges will not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address

Return/Exchange of the items will be accepted only if the product is in its original packaging, unused, with all original tags intact. Please make sure that the product is properly packed, to avoid any damage with a copy of the invoice, before placing it for return.
